These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sweet Spot MediSpa services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Sweet Spot MediSpa may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
2. Age Restriction
By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting a website form, scheduling an appointment, or checking the SMS consent box on our forms.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Sweet Spot MediSpa to send recurring text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
5. Opt In Again
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you may opt in again using the same method you used originally.

7. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
